Ukraine says Russian paratroopers have landed in the city of Kharkiv.

Dozens of people have been killed and injured in Ukraine's second-largest cit in the last 24 hours.

It's also reported the southern city of Kherson is now occupied by Russian forces.

Moscow correspondent Stuart Smith says Russian tactics are shifting.

India steps up rescue efforts in Ukraine; 26 flights in 3 days to airlift Indians

Former senior US officials arrive in Taiwan

A delegation of former senior U.S. defence and security officials has arrived in Taiwan on a visit denounced by China.


The group has been sent by US President Joe Biden to show support for the island in the face of Chinese aggression.

Uncertain hours ahead for Kyiv

The fate of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv hangs in the balance, after the Russians warned they are about to launch a ferocious military onslaught on the city…but US officials say they believe Russia's army is running out of fuel, food and even motivation for the fight.


The Russians did attack the main TV tower in Kyiv today….a Ukrainian landmark.


At least 5 people were killed in that assault and it took Ukrainian television off the air.

Russians warn assault of Kyiv is imminent

There is every indication that a major Russian military assault of Kyiv will soon be underway.


The Russians are warning civilians to leave the Ukrainian capital, and to avoid government buildings housing intelligence infrastructure.


The main communications tower in the city was struck earlier today…taking Ukrainian television off air and killing at least 5 people according to authorities in Kyiv.

A Russian military convoy approaching Ukraine's capital is far bigger than first thought.
