Lawyers for Halyna Hutchins family have filed a wrongful death suit against the actor Alec Baldwin, who is accused of killing the cinematographer on the set of the movie ‘Rust’ four months ago.
The Hutchins family suit is now one of four legal claims against Alec Baldwin and the movie’s producers.
The actor has claimed he had no idea the gun he fired was loaded with real bullets, and that he never pulled the trigger.

The chief of the NATO defence alliance says there are grounds for cautious optimism amid the standoff between Moscow and the West over a buildup of Russian troops near Ukraine.
