The Mayor of Ottawa has declared a state of emergency in the city over ongoing protests by Canadian truckers opposed to vaccine mandates and other Covid-19 restrictions.
Mayor Jim Watson says the city is "completely out of control" and "losing the battle" against the truckers.

Plan to ease the millions on NHS waiting list delayed
