Macron and Putin fail to reach Ukraine agreement during telephone talks

French president Emmanuel Macron is due to hold a call with his Ukrainian counterpart later Friday/18GMT Friday, as talks continue to try to find a solution to the security crisis with Russia.


That phone conversation comes after president Macron spoke with Russian president Vladimir Putin earlier on Friday.

Rwanda Reopens Border With Uganda After Three Years of Frosty Relationship

Vaccine mandate coming into force for half the U.S. states' healthcare workers
