U.S. House approves debt limit increase to prevent default
America's borrowing limit after the House of Representatives approved
the plan.
It will ensure the US does not default on its loans - but the stopgap
measure only lasts until December.

Telecom Giant MTN-Uganda sells 20% Shares

Mobile Telecom Operator - MTN Uganda has officially opened its Initial Public Offer (IPO), to sell 20% of its shareholding to the public.
