Sydney - Lockdown protestors to be met with force

With cases of the Delta covid variant continuing to increase across Australia's biggest city Sydney, police have warned anti-lockdown protestors not to attend a planned march in the city on saturday.

U.S. President calls for $100 payouts for people getting vaccinated against COVID-19


U.S. President Joe Biden is calling on states to pay 100 dollars to everybody who gets fully-vaccinated against COVID-19.

Speaking at the White House, he also announced new rules for more than two million federal employees.

German investigators arrive at site of chemical plant blast

Special investigators have arrived at the scene of a deadly chemical plant explosion in northwest Germany.

Tanzania begins Covid-19 vaccine roll out

Tanzania's President Samia Suluhu Hassan and other government officials received their  Covid-19 vaccine jab at the launch of the country's inoculation campaign.
