European Parliament approves internal COVID certificate

The European Parliament's approved an internal COVID certificate that proves the bearer has been vaccinated, tested or recovered from COVID-19.

Lawmakers expect it will reduce the number of people who need to get tested or quarantine when crossing internal borders, making travel between EU countries easier.

France to allow non-essential travel as Covid-19 restrictions ease

Non-essential travel into France will also be allowed from certain countries today/from Wednesday/from 9 June as the government eases Covid-19 restrictions further.

Asylum seeker family pleads for help as sick daughter rushed to hospital

The Tamily family held in immigration detention in Australia since 2019 have made a plea for help so they can return to their home in the town of Biloela.



Three year old Tharnicaa Muruguppan was rushed to hospital this week, where she was diagnosed with pneumonia and sepsis allegedly caused by the unsuitable conditions in the detention centre on Christmas Island.

Hong Kong schools call for more data, after government lowers vaccination age limit
