But the deal is not entirely done yet.
The coalition must secure support in a vote in the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament, at some point over the next 12 days.
And that gives Benjamin Netanyahu time to try and prize the coalition apart.
US President Joe Biden has appealed to all Americans to get vaccinated against COVID-19, revealing fears the country has hit a wall and infections could rise again by the winter.
Crediting his own administration with the success of the roll-out so far, the president warned that a gulf between the vaccinated and unvaccinated is deepening.
