Australia – Covid flight ban to be challenged in court
An Australian man, stranded in India since March last year, has lodged a challenge in the Federal Court against the validity of the governments decision to ban travel home from India.
The travel restrictions mean anyone travelling home to Australia from India, could face up to five year in prison and fines of up to $66,000.
