CZECH PRESIDENT QUESTIONS WHETHER RUSSIA BEHIND EXPLOSION

Czech president, Milos Zeman, is casting doubt on whether Russia was really behind an explosion at an arms depot in 2014.

He says it could have been an accident and that there's no conclusive evidence - contradicting the Czech Prime Minister who says there's "irrefutable evidence".

British-Iranian aid worker, Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, given one-year prison sentence in Iran

A British-Iranian charity worker, Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, has been sentenced to a year in prison in Iran.


The 43-year-old was first imprisoned in 2016 on spying charges.


She was released earlier this year after serving a five-year sentence but faced a new set of accusations from the Iranian government before she could leave the country.

France loosens restrictions as primary schools reopen after Covid-19 closure
