Facebook Preparing for Chauvin Verdict

Facebook says it plans to limit posts that contain misinformation and hate speech related to the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. 

This comes as people across the US are bracing for a verdict in the trial.

India posts another record COVID19 spike

More than 273,000 people tested positive in India in the last 24 hours, the biggest single-day surge anywhere in the world. This has taken the country's overall caseload past 15 million.

Japan to secure more vaccines amid fourth coronavirus wave

Hong Kong issues flight bans over mutant COVID-19 strain

Indianapolis gunman legally bought assault rifles

Police have revealed a gunman who killed eight people in Indiana,
bought two rifles legally despite previously having a firearm

Ethiopia's Envoy to Tanzania says his country is calling for foreign aid to rehabilitate Tigray region
