Covid-19 infections continue to rise in India

INTRO:

The number of fresh daily Covid-19 infections in India has seen its highest rise since November, with 46,951 confirmed new cases in the past 24 hours. The country also recorded more than 200 new Covid-19 deaths.

Amid the surge in cases, Mumbai is introducing compulsory random coronavirus tests at shopping malls and train stations.

Overnight COVID curfews in Miami Beach prompted by chaotic spring Break crowds

Final respects for Tanzania's President Magufuli begin in Dar es salaam

US and China wrap up "tough and direct" talks in Alaska
