Uganda Develops COVID-19 Rapid Testing Kit
Uganda could be a step away from developing a homemade rapid testing kit for COVID-19.
The kit that's being developed by scientists from Makerere University is currently undergoing accuracy checks before final approval.

Fresh coronavirus cases in India continue to surge
India on Thursday reported its highest daily increase in Covid-19 infections in more than 100 days, with 35,871 confirmed new cases.
The state of Maharashtra - of which Mumbai is the capital - accounts for almost two thirds of those fresh infections.
