Rwanda says its COVID-19 cases have dropped by almost half after a three weeks lockdown to contain the spread of the virus.
The country's Health Ministry says new cases have gone down from 365 per day to 150 and the deaths from 10 to two per day.

Rescue operations continue following Uttarakhand glacier disaster
Rescue operations are continuing at a tunnel in north India where more than 30 people are believed to be trapped, after a Himalayan glacier collapse triggered floods and burst open a dam.
Some 170 people are still missing following the disaster which took place on Sunday in the state of Uttarakhand. Officials have confirmed that at least 26 people were killed in the incident.
