The EU's set out No Deal Brexit contingency plans for the end of the year.

It comes after London and Brussels said Sunday would be the new deadline for talks on a trade deal to reach agreement.

The contingency planning includes ways of ensuring basic connectivity via air and road between the UK and EU, and some possible fishing waters access.

Hong Kong orders localised mandatory testing to fight COVID-19
