Facebook to Temporarily Ban Election Ads

Facebook says it plans to temporarily stop running all social issue, electoral, or political ads in the U.S. after the polls close on November 3rd.

Google has said it will implement a similar ban.

President Trump coronavirus "symptom-free" for more than 24 hours


US President Donald Trump's physician says he's been coronavirus symptom-free for more than 24 hours.

The White House announced late last week that the President had tested positive for COVID-19, before he spent the weekend in a military hospital.

Pubs and restaurants in parts of Scotland forced to close
