Amnesty International to halt India operations

Amnesty International says it is halting its operations in India, alleging a 'witch hunt of human rights organisations'.

People in England who test positive for coronavirus but fail to self-isolate, will now be breaking the law, as mandatory restrictions come into force across the country.
