South Korea says North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has apologized for the killing of a South Korean official earlier this week. Seoul says North Korea shot him to death in the Yellow Sea after he went missing from a boat.

Health Workers Treating COVID-19 Patients in DR Congo on Strike

A group of health workers treating COVID-19 patients in the Democratic Republic of Congo have staged a protest over the government's delay to pay them their salaries.

HOPES GROW FOR BREXIT DEAL

Facebook Removes Russia-linked Accounts
