US President Donald Trump and his Democratic rival Joe Biden have clashed over the violence that has erupted in Portland, Oregon.
A man was shot dead in the city on Saturday amid skirmishes between supporters of the president and counter-demonstrators.
Mr Trump has blamed the Democrat mayor of Portland but Mr Biden has accused the president of encouraging the violence.

The U.S. is closing in on six million coronavirus cases, as the global tally passes 25 million.

U.S. President Donald Trump is poised to travel to Kenosha in Wisconsin on Tuesday, to meet with law enforcement officials following several nights of deadly violence there.
Democrats are calling on President Trump to stay away, amid a bitter row over who is to blame for the recent violence in both Portland and Kenosha.
The president’s planned visit follows protests over the police shooting of African American Jacob Blake, who has been left paralyzed, after being shot in the back seven times.
His shooting was followed by the killing of two protestors, allegedly by a 17 year old white vigilante.
Speaking on CNN’s State of the Union, California Democratic Congresswoman Karen Bass, insisted a visit by President Trump to Kenosha would not help.
