Africa CDC says continent's COVID-19 testing still low

U.S. stocks rise on stimulus package hopes

JAPAN AND UK MEET TO TRY AND STRIKE FIRST POST-BREXIT TRADE DEAL

US Markets up on stimulus & trade talks, Novavax & Disney

US markets climbed Wednesday on optimism over stimulus talks, US-China trade, another promising Covid-19 vaccine, AND big streaming news from Disney.


The gains offset dismal private sector jobs data.


The Dow Jones climbed 1.4 percent, the S&P was up 0.6 percent, and Nasdaq gained half a percent.

Ex-Google Engineer Sentenced Over Trade Secret Theft
