17 States Sue Trump Over Student Visa

Four more states have joined a coalition lawsuit suing the Trump Administration over its rule to revoke visas for foreign students enrolled in schools that fully shift classes online, as part of their pandemic response. 


A total of 17 states and the District of Columbia are now seeking to block the rule from going into effect.

Manchester City -- accused of breaking financial rules -- successfully overturn two-year ban from European competition on appeal

Four-time Premier League winners Manchester City FC have overturned a two-year ban from European club competitions.


The Court of Arbitration for Sport announced the club have been cleared of "disguising equity funds as sponsorship contributions," though they will still be required to pay a €10m fine, reduced from €30m. 


The Union of European Football Associations issued the ban in February after ruling Man City had committed "serious breaches" of Financial Fair Play regulations.
