Federal appeals court orders dismissal of Michael Flynn case


A federal appeals court has ordered the dismissal of the criminal case against Michael Flynn, U.S. President Trump's former national security advisor.

A judge in a lower court had previously decided not to drop the case.

US weighs additional $3.1bn tariffs on European goods in aircraft subsidies dispute

The United States is considering putting tariffs on $3.1 billion of European products - ranging from British biscuits to German camera lenses.

New York sees surge in shootings

Belgium announces further easing of lockdown restrictions

"Mass action" launched for students affected by COVID-19 lockdown in UK

Hundreds of thousands of students in the UK who have missed out on their studies because of the coronavirus lockdown are being told to sign up for compensation.


The National Union of Students, or NUS, wants debt relief for students who have faced disruption since universities closed their doors.


It can cost almost £10,000 to study an undergraduate course at a British institution.

Health leaders in the UK are warning the government must now prepare for a second wave of coronavirus.

The message from the Royal Colleges of Physicians, Surgeons, GPs and Nursing - follows confirmation of the biggest easing of the lockdown in England so far.

Louisville Police fire officer involved in Breonna Taylor shooting

FBI concludes NASCAR driver was not a hate crime target
