MACRON IN LONDON FOR TALKS

French President Emmanuel Macron visits London later (on Thursday) for World War Two commemorations and talks with Boris Johnson.

The two leaders will have socially distanced meetings to discuss the response to the coronavirus pandemic.

It's expected they'll also hold discussions on so-called 'air bridges' - exemptions to the UK's current quarantine for international arrivals.

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab says the UK will move cautiously.

India and China to hold military talks following deadly border clash

Indian and Chinese military officers are holding talks following deadly border clashes which took place on Monday in which at least 20 Indian soldiers were killed.

The country's foreign ministries on Wednesday promised not to escalate the situation, but both blame each other for the incident.

"He is a Liar": Trump responds to Bolton allegations.

Beijing Reports Drop in New COVID Cases on Thursday


The number of new cases of COVID infections in Beijnig's fresh wave of the disease have fallen.

Authorities confirmed 21 new cases on Thursday, down from 31 the day before.

N. Korea says next steps will be 'far beyond imagination'

Charges brought against officer who shot Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta

The former police officer who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta will be charged with felony murder and 10 other charges.

Garret Rolfe shot Brooks, an African American man, outside a Wendy's restaurant as he ran away to escape arrest last week.

Bolton book assails Trump's Presidency

"Boogaloo Boy" Charged with Murder of Security Guard

A U. S. Air Force sergeant with ties to a far-right movement called Boogaloo Bois (pronounced "boys") has been charged with the murder of a federal security officer during a Black Lives Matter protest.

20 Indian soldiers dead in clash with China

India's confirmed that 20 of its soldiers have died in a violent clash with Chinese troops.
