Thousands of mourners are expected in the Texas city of Houston to pay their respects to George Floyd, whose death in police custody has sparked protests around the world.

New rules requiring all people arriving in the UK to self-isolate for 14 days have come into effect.
Those arriving by plane, ferry or train -- including UK nationals -- must provide an address where they will isolate, and rule breakers could be fined.
