AUSTRALIA: Beaches special for FSN London

Many of Sydney's iconic beaches have been re-opened for exercise as Australian State governments begin to study opportunities to relax the current pandemic regulations.
The last week has seen opening and closing of beaches as many Sydneysiders flocked to the sands, and ignored the nation's social distancing rules.

UK LOCKDOWN EASING DISCUSSED

UK scientific advisers are meeting (on Tuesday) to discuss ways of easing the country's coronavirus lockdown.

It's being reported Prime Minister Boris Johnson could set out some detail to how the UK will start to exit lockdown as early as this week.

The government's set out several tests that have to be met before restrictions can be eased - including a consistent fall in the death rate.

But social distancing measures of some sort are likely to be around for some time according to Dr Selena Langdon.

Gains on Wall Street as some states begin to reopen

U.S. stocks began the trading week on a high as some states begin to
lift shutdown measurers.

This comes as investors are bracing for the release of gross domestic
product data later in the week.

UK PRISONER EARLY RELEASE SCHEME "MANIFESTLY INSUFFICIENT"

Russia overtakes China's coronavirus figures

Italy unveils lockdown exit strategy with lowest death toll since mid-March

Spain, Italy and France have recorded their lowest daily death toll in over a month. 

Italian authorities said on Sunday that 260 people had died of COVID-19- the lowest daily increase since March 14th.
