President Trump says American families may soon receive a one-off payment from the US government to offset the costs and loss of income caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Russia's airlines could lose almost one and a half billion dollars because of cancelled flights, according to its aviation agency. The figures are a snapshot of the economic damage caused to the industry around the world, as flights are grounded because of the coronavirus outbreak. Moscow Correspondent Lucy Taylor reports.
The UK Government is advising people not to see family and friends or gather in crowded places, as it steps up its coronavirus response.
The prime minister, Boris Johnson, gave the advice in his first daily press conference but it remains advice and is not being enforced.
Potential cases are no longer being tested, but estimates of the number of infected lie in the tens of thousands.
