Wall Street falls into corrective territory amid Covid-19 fears

U.S. stocks are on course for their sharpest weekly decline since the
global financial crisis.

At midday trading on Wall Street Thursday the Dow Jones was down over
one percent and heading for a sixth straight day in the red as the
Covid-19 outbreak continues to rattle investor confidence.

LONDON'S HEATHROW AIRPORT EXPANSION PLANS RULED UNLAWFUL

London Heathrow Airport's expansion plans are in doubt after the UK's Court of Appeal ruled the plans were unlawful.

The court said the decision to expand Heathrow Airport did not take into account the UK's climate change commitments.

This does not rule out expansion in principle, but is a major blow for the airport.

Tanzanian Army Disarms Rogue Refugees

US records first coronavirus case of unknown origin

The US has reported its first case of so-called 'community'
transmission of the coronavirus, with health officials unable to trace
how the patient became infected.

A patient is being treated in California after testing positive,
despite not traveling abroad nor coming into contact with someone who
had the virus.

Delhi judge hearing the Delhi violence case transferred to another court

Opposition party members in India have slammed the BJP government over the transfer of a judge who ordered police intervention into riots taking place in the capital.

Justice Muralidhar had also criticized police for failing to register complaints against alleged hate speeches made by three BJP leaders just days ago.

Many people believe it's part of what prompted the latest unrest.

Nigeria soldier goes berserk, shoots four officers dead, kills self

Lawyers say Weinstein is upbeat despite conviction

European ministers refuse to close borders despite Italian spike in cases

European countries have said they will keep borders open, despite a continued rise in coronavirus cases in Italy outside of the northern Lombardy region. 

Italy has seen the largest number of cases outside of Asia, with 322 infections and 11 deaths. 

Austria, Switzerland and Spain have now also reported cases for the first time.
