India restricts import of palm oil from Malaysia

India has officially imposed a restriction on the import of refined palm oil. Experts say this restriction will hit Malaysia hard, since the country is India's main supplier.

This move comes after Malaysia's Prime Minister Mohammad Mahathir criticised India's government for revoking Kashmir's special status six months ago and also recently for allegedly targeting Muslims through a new controversial citizenship law.

European Commission President sends Brexit deadline warning to UK

It will not be possible to sort out every aspect of Britain's future relationship with the EU before the current deadline, according to the President of the European Commission.

Convicts in 2012 Delhi rape will hang this month

A Delhi court has ruled that four men convicted of gangraping and torturing a woman in 2012 will hang on January 22.
