Iran: attacks on US bases in Iraq have "concluded" and were "proportionate"

Iran says its military action against US air bases in Iraq has "concluded" after around 15 cruise missiles targeted three separate US installations in retaliation for last week's American assassination of General Qasem Soleimani.

No casualties have yet been reported, and the Iranians say they are not seeking an escalation of the crisis with Washington.

At the White House, President Trump postponed plans to make an address to the nation, and writing on Twitter after the attacks said simply "all is well".
