U.S. House lawmakers hold hearing on impeachment evidence ahead of vote


The US House Judiciary Committee is hearing arguments for and against President Trump's impeachment, Monday.

Democrats believe the Trump has committed impeachable offenses while Republicans say the process is nothing more than a partisan witch-hunt

Pensacola shooting treated as terrorism

The FBI has launched a terrorism investigation after a Saudi national
killed three servicemen at a US naval base.

The shooter reportedly showed colleagues videos of mass shootings the
night before he carried out the attack on Friday in Pensacola,

Awkward moment on election campaign for UK Prime Minister

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is facing condemnation for not looking at a photograph of a sick boy in hospital which was presented to him during a television interview. 


Four-year-old Jack Williment-Barr was pictured sleeping on a pile of coats on the floor of a hospital, despite having suspected pneumonia. It was an image which prompted complaints about the number of available beds and the cuts to the country's National Health Service.

Final days of UK general election campaign

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is embarking on a last-ditch blitz of pro-Brexit Labour-held constituencies in England, with only days to go before polling day on December 12th.

Over 40 killed in Delhi fire

In India, over 40 people have died in a massive fire that broke out in a factory in New Delhi.

Police say an initial investigation has shown that a short circuit may have started the blaze. A probe has been ordered by the government with the Prime Minister calling the tragedy horrific.
