N. Korea doubles down on threat to destroy S. Korean resort

North Korea is doubling down on its threats to destroy a South Korean resort just north of the DMZ. Pyongyang has said it wants to tear down the dated buildings and replace them with modern facilities to attract international tourism.

White House official says colleagues resigned over aid freeze

A White House budget official told impeachment investigators that two colleagues resigned after expressing concerns about President Trump's decision to withhold military aid from Ukraine.

Americans Dying at Alarming Rates

The US workforce is dying faster than people of a similar age in any other country. 

That's the take-away from a comprehensive new study by researchers at Virginia Commonwealth University and published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

U.N. urges drastic action to avoid the worst effects of climate change in annual report

Three men falsely accused of murder released from prison after 36 years

Three men wrongly accused of murder have been set free after 36 years

Federal Judge Rules Former White House Counsel Must Testify

A US judge has ruled that President Donald Trump's former White House Counsel Donald McGahn must comply with a subpoena to testify to the House of Representatives in its impeachment  inquiry.

The House Judiciary Committee has been trying to force Donald McGahn to testify since April, about the President's attempts to obstruct the investigation into  Russian meddling in the 2016 US presidential election.

LVMH Bets It Can Restore Tiffany’s Shine With $16 Billion Deal
