Hunter Biden gives first interview since Trump-impeachment inquiry over Ukraine


The son of former US Vice-President Joe Biden has given his first interview since an impeachment investigation into Donald Trump was launched after the US President asked his Ukrainian counterpart to dig up dirt on the Biden family

Hunter Biden has come under strong criticism from Donald Trump over his role with a Ukrainian gas company.

UN condemns summary executions in Turkey's Syria offensive

Delhi's air quality dips to hazardous levels

England Football Association condemns Bulgarian fans following racist abuse

The English Football Association Chairman says the Euro 2020 qualifier versus Bulgaria was "one of the most appalling nights" he's ever seen in football.

Nigerian police rescue 67 from inhuman conditions at Islamic 'school'

BARNIER: BREXIT DEAL POSSIBLE

The EU's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier says it is still possible to reach a deal with the UK ahead of a crucial summit on Thursday.

It's reported the UK is presenting a new text containing latest proposals to the EU.

Talks between the two sides continue in Brussels.

The EU is understood to be considering another emergency summit next week if progress is being made towards a deal but not quickly enough to reach agreement by the end of Wednesday.

Britain is due to leave the EU on October 31st.

AU Condemns Attack on AMISOM

The African Union has condemned the attack on an African Union Mission (AMSIOM) Base Camp in Mogadishu.

 

Islamic Militants the al-Shabaab fired several mortar bombs into the Halane base camp, which houses AMISOM, UN, and other international agencies in Somalia.
