More than 100 killed in north India floods

At least 29 people have been killed in monsoon season floods in the north Indian state of Bihar.

Dozens more have been killed in the state of Uttar Pradesh over the past few days.

More intense rainfall is forecast.

Factory Blaze Puts Dampener on China Celebrations

Volker resigns as Trump's special envoy to Ukraine, becomes first casualty of impeachment

Pompeo documents subpoenaed as Democrats pick up impeachment pace

Democrats have issued Secretary of State Mike Pompeo with a subpoena - a legal order that compels him to hand over documents relating to President Trump's conversation with the President of Ukraine.

House Moves Ahead with Impeachment Inquiry

Russian Parliament says Deutsche Welle broke law

BREXIT TALKS CONTINUE IN BRUSSELS

UK Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay's meeting EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier for talks in Brussels (Friday).

Mr Barnier told diplomats on Thursday the UK's current proposals to avoid an Irish border backstop are unworkable.

Nasa says India's spacecraft made "hard landing" on moon
