Trump says US is "locked and loaded" in response to Saudi oil strike

President Trump says the U.S. is "locked and loaded" following an attack on a Saudi Arabian oil plant.

Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels say they are behind the attack, which cut the state oil company's production output by half.

But US secretary of state Mike Pompeo has blamed Iran.

Actress Felicity Huffman jailed for college cheating scandal

US treasury announces new North Korea sanctions

Delhi Plans to Implement Odd-Even for the Third Time

Delhi is one of the world's most polluted cities - and in attempt to clean up the air, the government will temporarily only allow cars on the streets every other day. 
That means vehicles can only drive on alternate days, depending on whether last digit of their licence plate number is odd or even. 
The rule is being applied for the third time, to fight the increasing levels of air pollution in the city.

European Commission President to meet with Boris Johnson on Monday

Dive Boat: Report Finds No Night Watchman

A preliminary report by the US National Transportation Safety Board shows the Conception dive boat did not have a crew member on roving overnight watch on Monday. 

The boat caught fire in the early hours of the morning and sank, killing 34 people on board.

Supreme Court agrees to Trump asylum restrictions
