At least 13 people have been killed when two boats capsized in the state of Madhya Pradesh in central India.

The accident took place during a Hindu festival.

Dive Boat: Report Finds No Night Watchman

A preliminary report by the US National Transportation Safety Board shows the Conception dive boat did not have a crew member on roving overnight watch on Monday. 

The boat caught fire in the early hours of the morning and sank, killing 34 people on board.

Interpol identifies victims of Ethiopia plane crash

India-China hold talks to de-escalate border stand-off
