Attempts to forge a deal in Shanghai once again failed resulting in this latest round of punitive measures from the US.

US economy adds 164,000 jobs in July, unemployment rate steady

Indian government gets powers to designate individuals as terrorists

India's Parliament has adopted a bill that controversially allows the government to label individuals as terrorists, as opposed to organisations.
