US Congressional Committee votes to subpoena Mueller Report

A powerful committee in the US House of Representatives has voted to force President Trump's Attorney General to hand over the full, unedited report by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.

So far, the Department of Justice has released only very brief excerpts from the report's conclusions, claiming they clear the President of colluding with the Russians.

The move by the House Judiciary Committee creates a potential standoff with the Trump administration.

South Korea's foreign ministry said this is the first South Korean ship thought to have violated sanctions against North Korea.

A ministry official said the tanker has been detained in Busan since last October.

Seoul believes it transferred oil to a North Korean ship in international waters.

It's unclear why the government took so long to disclose the detainment.

South Korean President Moon has been pushing hard for economic engagement with North Korea.

But his projects, including joining the two countries railways, would violate sanctions against the North.

Previously, South Korean companies have been accused of importing coal from North Korea.

UK Prime Minister Holds Cabinet Meeting to Break Brexit Deadlock

It comes after British MPs rejected four alternative Brexit outcomes the night before.

Theresa May's own Brexit deal has failed to get a majority on three separate votes and the Government needs MPs to sign off on a deal by April 12 or it risks crashing out of the EU without a deal.
