Two Russian novichok poisoning suspects named


British police have named two suspects they believe responsible for the poisoning of the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury.


The Crown Prosecution Service says there is sufficient evidence to charge Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov with charges that include conspiracy to murder  and use of a chemical weapon.    From London, Catherine Drew reports.

WHO warns a quarter of global population not getting enough exercise

A World Health Organization report says it believes a quarter of the worlds population is not getting enough exercise, with wealthy countries among the least active.

British and French fishing organisations hold talks to end scallop war

British and French fish producing organisations will meet in London on Wednesday to try to end hostilities over scallop fishing in the Channel.

Nine-year-old girl reportedly gang-raped and murdered in Kashmir

The book claims top White House staff have engaged in an administrative coup in a bid to derail the President's excesses.

Nike releases ad featuring athlete-turned-activist Colin Kaepernick

New Bob Woodward book makes explosive allegations about Trump Presidency

A new book by Watergate journalist Bob Woodward claims that lawyers have warned President Trump he could end up in jail if he testifies to Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.
