US Police Reveal JD.com Boss was Accused of Rape

A Minneapolis Police report has revealed that the billionaire boss of Chinese online retailer JD.com was arrested last week on accusation of first degree rape.

No charges have been filed, and Richard Liu has now returned to Beijing, but authorities are still investigating the incident.

RPTS: Robert Mueller agrees to written answers from Trump over 'Moscow collusion' questions

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has agreed to accept written answers from President Trump to questions over possible collusion between Moscow and Trump associates.

However, according to the New York Times, Mueller's team did not pursue answers over Trump's possible obstruction of justice during the investigation.

White House slams Bob Woodward book on Trump presidency as "fabricated"

The White House is dismissing a new book on the Trump Presidency by celebrated Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward as "fabricated" and designed "to make the President look bad".


The book claims top White House staff have engaged in an administrative coup in a bid to derail the President's excesses.

Nike releases ad featuring athlete-turned-activist Colin Kaepernick


Nike has released an ad featuring Colin Kaepernick, the former NFL player who sparked controversy by kneeling during the national anthem as a protest against police brutality towards African-Americans.

Kaepernick has not played in the NFL since 2016 and has filed a grievance against the league, alleging it has conspired to keep him out because of his protests.

New Bob Woodward book makes explosive allegations about Trump Presidency

A new book by Watergate journalist Bob Woodward claims that lawyers have warned President Trump he could end up in jail if he testifies to Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.


The book also claims the President ordered the assassination of Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad, but his defense secretary told Pentagon officials to ignore the order.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May's being warned by some of her own MPs that her so-called 'Chequers deal' on Brexit is effectively dead.
