India asks UK to extradite absconding billionaire

India has asked the United Kingdom to help with Nirav Modi's extradition. The billionaire fled India earlier this year after it emerged that he was involved in a $1.8 billion scam.

This also comes amidst reports that Mr Modi has sought political asylum in the UK.

South Korea's President Moon will not travel to Singapore

South Korea's President Moon will not be travelling to Singapore, where US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un are meeting.

In recent weeks President Trump hinted the summit in Singapore could lead to a peace deal between North and South Korea - but our Seoul Correspondent Oliver Miocic says that now looks unlikely.

Trump's economic adviser suffers heart attack

The top economic adviser in the White House Larry Kudlow has suffered a heart attack, according to President Trump.

US Hits Russian Firms with New Sanctions

Egypt frees Ethiopian prisoners

Egypt has agreed to free 32 Ethiopian prisoners.

Over 600 migrants stranded after Italy and Malta refusing to allow ship to dock

More than 600 migrants are standing in the Mediterranean  sea on a ship which Italian authorities refused to allow to dock at its ports.
