UK police say a nerve agent was used to target a former Russian spy and his daughter on Sunday.

Police say they do not believe there is any widespread risk to the public.
Head of Counter Terrorism Policing Mark Rowley said authorities had identified the nerve agent used but would not be making that information public. He said it was now being treated as a major incident involving attempted murder by the use of a nerve agent.
