South Africa's parliament will hold a vote of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma on Thursday. The vote signals a determination to eject Zuma from office after days of talks with his party the Africa National Congress.

British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson says the UK's departure from the EU is a cause for "hope not fear." In a speech billed as an olive branch to the millions of Briton's who voted to remain part of the European block, Mr Johnson urged people to rally around an outward-looking and confident UK.
