US President Donald Trump says his country will "probably terminate" NAFTA trade deal despite renegotiation talks


US President Donald Trump says his country will "probably terminate" the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Speaking at a rally in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday...President Trump highlighted that renegotiation talks are underway between the US, Mexico and Canada...but said he thinks those talks won't succeed:

US President Donald has strongly hinted that he will pardon controversial Arizona county sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Mr Arpaio is a strong critic of illegal immigration and was recently found guilty of criminal contempt...after he was ordered to cease detaining migrants not suspected of committing a state crime.

Tillerson: Pakistan risking US relationship because of support for terrorism

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says the Trump administration still hasn't determined how many additional troops will be sent to Afghanistan, but he's promised that the American public will be given the number once a final decision is made.


He also said that Pakistan risks losing its status a non-NATO ally of the United States unless the government in Islamabad does more to combat terrorist groups operating on Pakistani soil.

Johnson & Johnson ordered to pay $417mln in ovarian cancer lawsuit

UN urges Iraq to protect civilians in battle to retake Telafar, esp Yazidi women and girls

Human remains found in US Navy Destroyer search

The US Navy have found human remains inside the USS John S. McCain, the ship which collided with a merchant vessel this week.

Cambridge University reverses China censorship

Cambridge University has reversed a move to censor politically sensitive articles about China in one of its academic journals.

The country's government had demanded access be blocked to three hundred papers, prompting calls for an academic boycott.
