Driver whose truck was found containing dead bodies in Texas charged with transporting immigrants illegally

A truck driver whose vehicle was found in a Walmart car park in Texas with eight dead bodies in the back of it, has been charged with transporting immigrants illegally.

Ten people have died and 28 others, including children have been taken to hospital. They had no access to water or air conditioning while outside temperatures hit 38c (100F).

Five people have been injured in Schaffhausen, Switzerland near the German border after an unidentified man attacked them with a chainsaw.

50 million litre crude oil theft in India

Police has unearthed a crude oil smuggling ring that siphoned off nearly 50 million litres of crude oil from India's largest onshore oil field.

At least 9 dead in suspected human trafficking incident
