Macron plans to cut a third of lawmakers

The French President Emmanuel Macron has announced plans to cut the number of members of Parliament by a third. 
He proposed the overhaul in a rare speech to both houses of Parliament.

Russia and China to sign $10 billion worth of deals in Moscow

PM Modi heads to Israel for maiden visit by Indian Premier

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be personally welcomed by his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu when he lands in Tel Aviv today. This is the first time that an Indian Prime Minister has made a bilateral visit to Israel. 

PM Netanyahu himself has called Narendra Modi's visit a 'historic' one. 

PM Modi's visit to Israel does not include a stopover at the Palestinian Authority's headquarters in Ramallah. Many former diplomats have called this a pivotal change in India's position on the Israel-Palestine conflict.

President Trump condemns North Korea missile launch on Twitter

US President Donald Trump has taken to social media to condemn the latest missile launch from North Korea, which landed in the Sea of Japan after traveling around 600 miles.

Another AirAsia plane engine emergency in Australian airspce

It's been a bad week for Air Asia.
Last week a plane was forced to return to Australia's Perth airport following an engine incident, and now one of their planes has been forced to land at Brisbane after what the airline called a birdstrike.

Venezuela Hikes Minimum Wage 50 Percent
