Vietnam PM Nguyen to meet US president Trump at White House

US President Donald Trump will receive Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc (sounds like "book") at the White House Wednesday.


Prime Minister Nguyen is the first Southeast Asian leader to visit the White House, at a time when both sides hope to deepen relations on the economic and security fronts.

James Comey to testify publicy about Trump pushback

Former FBI Director James Comey will testify publicly about U.S. President Donald Trump trying to pressure him to stop investigating Russia's meddling in American politics, CNN reports.

Tiger Woods on DUI arrest: 'found by police asleep at wheel'

Oregon stabbing suspect appears in court

Organization of American States holds special meeting on Venezuela crisis

One Indian court suspends cattle slaughter ban, another wants the cow declared India's national animal

Days after the Indian government introduced a new rule banning the sale of all cattle for slaughter, the Madras High court has put a stay on the order.

The Madras High Court says the Indian government cannot decide what the the citizens of the country can or cannot eat.

This comes even as the high court of another Indian state has urged the federal government to declare the cow as the country's national animal.
