UN says Trump's funding cuts would make it "impossible" for org to continue essential work

As the United Nations marked the International Day of UN peacekeepers by paying tribute to the 3,500 men and women killed in the line of duty, concerns grew over US plans to cut funding to the organization. 


The UN said that US President Donald Trump's bid to cut contributions could make it "impossible" for the UN to carry on its work.

In major intelligence leak, NYTimes publishes crime scene images of Manchester attack

The New York Times has published a series of leaked photographs revealing evidence gathered at the scene of the Manchester attack.

The move comes just hours after Britain's Home Secretary Amber Rudd called US officials to express her "irritation" with intelligence leaks about the investigation.

The New York Times has published leaked pictures of the backpack bomb allegedly used in the Manchester blast that killed 22 people on Monday.

Uber Underpays New York Drivers Millions of Dollars

Pres. Trump promises to focus on terror fight

U.S. President Donald Trump is promising to focus on the fight against terror, calling the recent attack in Manchester, England "horrible."

The American president has arrived in Brussels, ahead of the NATO heads of state meetings, an organization he once called obsolete.

Earlier, he called people who carried out terror attacks "losers," but in a meeting with Belgium's prime minister, his words were more measured.

US fails to keep track of $1 Billion worth of arms transfer to Iraq

Brits welcome efforts to improve security following Manchester attack

The British armed forces have joined police on the streets of London and at other iconic locations, after British Prime Minister Theresa May changed the threat level  to critical following the suicide bombing attack at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.

Greater Manchester police have confirmed that they've arrested four and are investigating a network, with concerns there might be another attack.
