Adelaide woman arrested in South Australia by counter terrorism police

In Australia an Adelaide woman has been charged with being a member of the terrorist organisation Islamic State.
Australian Federal Police and South Australian Police say the 22-year-old was arrested on Tuesday after an investigation run by the South Australian Joint Counter Terrorism Team.

India may have to wait longer for Tesla's electric cars

Tesla is delaying its plans to launch its electric cars in India, a tweet by the company's billionaire boss Elon Musk suggests.

Former CIA Director Brennan To Testify Before Congress

Former Central Intelligence Agency Director John Brennan will appear
before the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee
Tuesday, as part of its investigation of Russia and the 2016 U.S.
election. Brennan's testimony will come one day after the Washington
Post newspaper reported President Trump in March asked two top
intelligence officials to help him push back against an FBI

Trump to meet Palestinian leader Abbas

Donald Trump is now half way through the Israeli part of his first overseas trip as president of the United States. He began the visit telling Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if Israel wants peace with its Arab neighbors, it will need to resolve the generations-old standoff with Palestinians.

Controlled explosion carried out in Manchester after deadly terror strike

At least 19 people are dead and 50 injured in Britain after an explosion ripped through the front of Manchester Arena, where singer Ariana Grande had just completed a concert.

Police have now carried out a controlled explosion on a second suspected device in the city, and a huge emergency response is underway.

'Number of fatalities' after reports of explosion at UK concert

Flynn lied on his security clearance renewal

The Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee say they have documents which prove Michael Flynn lied when he renewed his national security clearance in 2016.

The fired National Security Adviser has also refused to provide requested documents to the U.S. Senate, saying he must take his fifth amendment rights to not incriminate himself.

US Supreme Court rules against Republican lawmakers in North Carolina for redrawing district lines

The US Supreme Court has ruled against Republican lawmakers in the
state of North Carolina, saying that racial bias played into their
drawing of North Carolina's district lines after the 2010 census.

In a significant decision, the Supreme Court said that Republican
officials disenfranchised black communities in order to benefit their
