The former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has announced a return to political life in the UK, twenty years to the day after he first entered Number 10 Downing Street.
Mr. Blair says he's deeply troubled by Britain's decision to leave the European Union, and by the failure of his own Labour Party to campaign aggressively in the country's June 8th election opposing that decision.
Mr. Blair says he will NOT seek a seat in the British Parliament, but he told the Daily Mirror newspaper that he'll do what he can to strengthen the role the Labour Party plays in opposition.
