Facebook Killer ‘Shot Himself’ in Pennsylvania

Police in the US say the man suspected of killing a 74 year old grandfather in Ohio, and posting a video of the murder on Facebook, has now killed himself.

Authorities in Cleveland say Steve Stephens, who had been on the run since the shooting on Sunday, shot himself after a short police chase.

Jockeying underway in Britain's snap election

Jockeying has begun in Britain after Prime Minister Theresa May announced a General Election on June 8th.

The surprise move came with her governing Conservative Party enjoying a substantial lead in the polls, and the opposition Labour Party led by Jeremy Corbyn facing the fight of its political life.

Tim Farron leads Britain's Liberal Democrats, and he's hoping that his party benefits from concern over Labour's viability as a future government.

After chase, Facebook murder suspect found dead in suspected suicide

A gunman wanted in connection with a murder shown on Facebook has been found dead in his car in Pennsylvania.

US court fines Brazil's Odebrecht $2.6 billion

A US judge has fined Brazilian engineering firm Odebrecht 2.6 billion dollars.

The company pleaded guilty to bribing officials in 12 countries - mostly in Latin America - in December last year.
